Symptoms

This isn't the same job as changing a light fixture - it's closer to working with a loaded spring under real tension, because that's exactly what it is. If you're comfortable with basic maintenance, checking the rollers, lubricating the track, or tightening loose hardware is fine and worth doing between visits.
